You’ve got to do your best, while you and the family are here, to visit Frozen Head State Park, Lone Mountain State Forest, Catoosa Wildlife Management Area, and Historic Rugby. These are local treasures that are full of wonderful memories that are yet to be made for you and your family.
If you’re in Morgan County in the summer time, make sure you attend the Deer Lodge Independence Day Celebration which includes a parade, lots of food, and activities all day long. Another great summertime event is the Outdoor Show which takes place the third Saturday in July. This festival is held around the Courthouse Square and there are lots of fun and entertainment for every member of the family.
