The Administrator of Election with support of the Election Commission is charged with organizing and conducting all federal, state, county and municipal elections held in Morgan County.  Oversees voter registration and maintains current voter roles. Secures the freedom and purity of the ballot. Requires voters to vote in the precincts they reside in except as otherwise expressly permitted. Provides a comprehensive and uniform election procedure and encourages maximum participation by all eligible citizens in the electoral process.
