Crystal Garrett, Finance Director

Welcome to the Morgan County Finance Office. Crystal Garrett began her job as Finance Director on 2/4/2019. She has an Associate of Science degree from Roane State Community College majoring in accounting. She then earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors from the University of Tennessee. Next, she received her Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee along with her CPA license.

The duties of the Finance Office can be broken down into these general areas:

                  • Payroll for all county and school employees
                  • Make requested purchases for the county and schools
                  • Create and maintain the county budget and financials

Effective January 31, 2025, Tax Forms 1095C will be made available by request only. For a PDF
